입장방법 : 1층 포럼 주최팀 입구 부스에서 티켓확인 후 명찰 발급받아 내부 입장

Q. 사전 티켓 구매를 해야만 입장이 가능한가요?
A. 당일에 1층 유란시아 포럼 입장 안내 부스에서 티켓 구매 후 입장 가능합니다.
다만 사전 130석 한정이기 때문에 입장이 불가능할 수도 있습니다.

Q. 티켓은 어떻게 받을 수 있나요?
A. 홈페이지 사전 신청 후 입금확인이 완료되면 우편으로 티켓이 발송됩니다.
혹은 당일에 1층 유란시아 포럼 입장 부스에서 구매하실 수 있습니다. 

Q. 티켓은 입장 시 반납해야 하나요?
A. 아닙니다. 기념으로 소장하실 수 있습니다.
다만 티켓을 입장 부스에서 보여드려야 입장 가능한 명찰을 제공해 드립니다.

Q. 깜빡하여 포럼 당일에 티켓을 집에 두고 왔습니다. 입장 가능한가요?
A. 네. 신분증을 제시하시면 입금자 성함 확인 후 입장 가능합니다.

Q. 명찰을 발급받지 않으면 31층 입장이 불가능한가요?
A. 네. 롯데타워 자체에서 신분증과 방문 목적 확인 후 입장이 가능한 시스템으로 되어있습니다.
8월 20일 당일에는 유란시아 포럼 주최 측에서 1층에 입장 확인 부스를 세워 입장을 도와드립니다.

Q. 주차는 어떻게 하나요?
A. 포럼 준비팀에서 12시간 단체 주차권을 미리 구매하려고 합니다.
12시간 주차권을 원하시는 분들은 8월 17일까지 아래 포럼 계좌로 14,400원을 입금해주시면,
8월 20일 일요일 당일, 31층 안내데스크에서 주차권을 제공해 드립니다.

※ 주차권을 미리 구매하지 않으실 경우 롯데타워 주차요금 주말 10분당 500원의 요금이 부과됩니다.
※ 입금계좌 : NH농협은행 302-1769-7565-01 (예금주: 유성준) 14,400원

Q. 편의시설이 있나요?
포럼 오디토리움이 있는 31층에 편의점, 휴식공간 라운지, 전자담배 흡연 룸, 화장실이 있습니다.

How to enter : After checking the ticket at the booth at the entrance of the forum organizer team on the 1st floor, get a nameplate and enter the inside.

Q. Can I enter only if I purchase a ticket in advance?
A. You can enter after purchasing a ticket at the Urantia Forum admission information booth on the 1st floor on the same day.
However, it may not be possible to enter because it is limited to 130 seats in advance.

Q. How can I get a ticket?
A. After pre-applying on the website, the ticket will be sent by mail once the deposit confirmation is completed.
Alternatively, you can purchase it at the Urantia Forum admission booth on the first floor on the same day.

Q. Do I have to return the ticket at the time of entry?
A. It's not You can keep it as a commemoration. However, we will provide a nameplate that can be entered only if the ticket is shown at the entrance booth.

Q. I forgot to leave my ticket at home on the day of the forum. Is it possible to enter
A. Yes . If you show your ID, you can enter after checking the name of the depositor.

Q. Is it impossible to enter the 31st floor without being issued a nameplate?
A. Yes . Lotte Tower itself is a system that allows you to enter after checking your ID card and the purpose of your visit.
On the day of August 20th, the organizer of the Urantia Forum will set up an admission confirmation booth on the first floor to help you enter.

Q. Do you have any amenities?
A. On the 31st floor where the Forum Auditorium is located, there is a convenience store, a lounge for the rest area, an e-cigarette smoking room, and a toilet.
